- I have problems downloading your software from your website.
In some cases our servers could be down, or we may have an unusual amount of traffic on our website at the time you have attempted a download. In these instances, all you need to do is try again at a later time that same day. If it's over the weekend and the server is down, wait till the following Monday and we will have the problem resolved. We do provide up to 6 servers to download from. It's unlikely all 6 are down at the same time.
In most cases, the problem is not at our end of the connection. To resolve issues at your end, you should do the following:
Disable any anti-virus program, Norton Protection or similar programs.
If you are at work, you may need to approach your IT administrator, as you may have a firewall preventing such downloads.
Contact your Internet Service Provider.
Try downloading from another computer.
Any kind of popup blocker could also cause problems. Please disable them while you download.

- How long does it take to make a disk into an image file? And how about burning an image file and copying a disk?
The above operating time depends on many factors, such as the speed of CPU , HD and CDROM,the size of disc, etc. Time needed varies greatly in different situations. For example, it took us about 15mins to 2 hours to read and create image files in the trail of cloning an 8G DVD movie, while 20mins to 1hour to burn the image files.
>> Back
- Can DVD movies still be played with DVD playing program after being made into image files?
Absolutely you can. You can use the virtual CD-ROM provided in this software, which functions as an actual existing CD-ROM, to read the image files and play them with some DVD playing program.
>> Back
- What are the different functions of “Ignore bad sectors” and “RAW read” while making image files?
Ignore bad sector: skip the damaged sectors of source discs while making image files in order to improve efficiency and avoid unexpected abortion caused by bad sectors. This option is applied when the integrity of original data is not strictly required, i.e. making movie DVDs, audio CDs or game DVDs.
RAW read: when you back up very important files and require absolute precision of the original data, be sure to select RAW read function as long as your drive supports it (please consult the manual of the drive you use to confirm).
